Free virtual machine with a SATARaid HDD configuration?

I want to test my WinXPsp2 unattended installation CD on a SATA RAID0 hard
drive where repartion equals yes in the winnt.sif file. I understand that
means setup will format the entire drive but will not create a partition on
the drive. Currently using VMWare Player v 1.0.3.34682 and VMX builder v
0.8.0.6. They can't create a RAID drive. In fact none of the VM's hardware
comes close to what is actually on my system. So i can't mimic installing
drivers.

Yes, a question about vitual machines and VM creators... whats the best
one's with the mostest toys, most configurable and is free or crackable?
