Free toolkit for dicom in c#

i am going to develope an dicom viewer with use of c#.but i cannot find
any free toolkit for that
..plsease suggest me how i start the project. If you have knowladge
about any free toolkit please tell me.

Loadtools have a kit at $2000.

If you will bother to write properly, then maybe we will bother
to read properly.
Just sitting down on the keyboard isn't going to get you very far.

Hint: read some other posts, particularly by non-indians and notice
that they use real words like "you" and they even know how to use
the shift key outside their own name.

And they are more polite too.

Next time i will take care of that.
I found the Dicom# toolkit which is in c# ,
but i can not find the Image Data reading part in that toolkit.
Could you suggest any other toolkit which is in c# and which is
free ..
