Are you using the Word 2003 on-line thesaurus? To use the on-line thesaurus,
do Tools > Research. The research task pane will open up. Down the bottom of
that task pane, click Research Options and identify which sources you want
Word to look up. Now, at the top of the task pane, type your word of
interest in the "Search for" box. How quickly Word displays the results
depends on how fast your internet connection is.
Alternatively, if this doesn't meet your needs Google may be able to help
with another thesaurus for Word.
