Free space on drive C is decreasing. I believe it happens
after I reboot. Any ideas or tips?

You really didn't give us enough information to get a specific answer.
The usual reply is 1) What does a scan with a current antivirus program
(meaning a version not earlier than 2002 and using updated virus
definitions) show? and then 2) If your computer is clean, empty your
Temporary and Temporary Internet Files (cleanmgr.msc), see how much
space is being used by System Restore and maybe move the slider down a
bit, and turn off Hibernation if you don't use it.

I am guessing that you mean huge bunches of space are missing. like
100 to 200 MB each time.

could be restore function run amok. uncheck Restore in ther control
Panel System. close control panel. you may see a bunch of disk
activity. wait till it stops. then reactivate the System restore
function.
