What is your favorite and why?

I use two:
-MP3Tag because it has many other functions apart from updating tags.
-MP3Info property page shell ext - simple with minimal overhead.

I use these:
Foobar2000 has very powerful tagging capabilities and takes care of 99% of
my tagging needs - yep, just so happens it's a multiformat
player/ripper/encoder/recorder/database, too.

Media Tagger
http://www.volny.cz/media-tagger/eng/index.html

You can do all the normal things like changing the tags and simultaneously
save them in different versions of tags.

But you can also rename the files depending on their tags or rename the
tags depending on the file names.
