Free FTP Client Rcommendation

and then there is the good old ftp.exe command-line program already
included in Windows along with FTP support in Internet Explorer.
 
Filezilla looks very promising. But here's all I want to do

Every few days I want to transfer a QuickBooks backup file of ~ 20MB from my
computer to a remote computer, and vice-versa. I can do it as an OE
attachment, but OE chokes on such a large attachment and it takes about 15
minutes to complete.

Is Filezilla the easiest way to do this?

If so, I assume each computer have to install the client

Does only one need to install the server?
