Is there any good service which offers free space for file storage so
that i can share few files with my friends n relatives, and that too
with considerable bandwidth. The storage space need not be too high.
Just about 10MB would do.

If they're pictures, try www.winkflash.com. You don't have to buy
anything or order any prints, but you can share albums, if you want.

Does your ISP supply you with any web space?

That seems simplest to me (and if your friends and relatives aren't
technically inclined, they'll be *ever* so impressed that they can get
it from your website...)

http://www.savefile.com/ holds files up to 60 MB.
http://www.yousendit.com/ and http://www.megaupload.com/ will host the
files and mail links to them to the specified mail adresses.

For images, http://www.imageshack.us/ and http://photobucket.com/ both
work very good. The last one requires registration, but the images are
there for years.

Yes Kuko, it was very much helpful.. and moreover in the search from my
end, I got another good resource which I would like to share for the
immense support I received from this group. http://www3.dropload.com/
It is similar to those "keep the file online temporarily". The files
can be stored for 7days.
