Free email support should be provided. Outrage to have to pay.

A simple question, especially when a product malfunctions and when the
"knowledge base" doesn't provide the answer, should not be charged. $35 is
absolutely outrageous. Many other software products do not charge for
technical support, though they may not have a toll free number. I would be
happy to pay the long distance rate, but think your products should come with
free technical support. Frustrated, you bet.
I can find no information on how to have the "Print View" actually be that -
that is show the margins and not begin at the top of the page. It is annoying
and it just happened. It had been doing that up until today.

This *is* your free support. See
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/WhiteSpace.htm. And note that the only
truly WYSIWYG view is Print Preview.
