Free binary patch utility

Hi,

I'm looking for a freeware binary patch creator

What I want is, I have two files, V1 and V2
I want the utility to create a file (self contains exe preferable, or even a
binary file that can be passed as param to an utility) that will process V1
(will apply the patch on it) and as result will generate V2
