Free Benchmarks?

Howdy all,

I see all these posts with people showing off their
scores in benchmark programs.

I'd like to do some testing with my PC, but am unsure of
where to go for these benchmarks.

I'd like a benchmark for video, and a benchmark for my HD
to test data tranfer rates.

I want the HD benchmark the most, because I'm doing some
experimenting with an ATA-133 drive on a MoBo that
doesn't support it. Windows seems to load very slow (45+
minutes on a high-end system), but once windows loads,
load times on programs seem normal.

Anyhow, if you guys could fill me in on where/how you're
doing your benchmarks, please let me know.
