FrameworkServic performance issues on server

I have a FrameworkServic process running under the
TaskManager that is utilizing 50% of the servers
resources. I want to kill this process and uninstall the
application responable for this precess, but I am unable
to kill it or find information on this process. Please
help me.
 
On my system the file is located in C:\Program Files\Network Associates\Common Framework and is used for McAfee VirusScan® Enterprise software version 7.0, you can download kill.exe to terminate the processes.
