There are no version-specific newsgroups. Feel free to ask v2.0 / 2005
questions in the existing groups.

As Mathias says, there are no groups focused on .NEt 2.0 and VS 2005.
However, some forums exist at <URL:http://forums.microsoft.com/msdn/>.
Personally I only read the newsgroups and prefer newsgroups over web-based
forums.
