Frames?

All I get is a red "x" where there should be a picture.
Seems like it happens where there is a frame. Not all
websites have this affect. Any suggestions would be
helpful. Thank you.

Images/Pictures

Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at 40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.
