Frames

While. using frames, can i open the link in the same frame as well as the
another frame.

This is what I am trying. I have Table of Contents on the left side. and on
the right side is to view the site. I want to do something like a file
browser for the Table of Contents. So that when they click on a Title, a sub
Table of Contens open up. I know I am bad at explaining what I want, but
please any help will be greatly appreciated.
