Frames - Inserted by mistake

Could someone please tell me how to get rid of the frame when inserted
through Format/Frames?

Don't know how to cancel this...

Did you try clicking in the frame you want to delete and going to
Format/Frames/Delete Frame?

Unfortunately, when the Frame option is selected, there is no text, therefore
no frame to select hence the Delete Frame option is greyed out...

Hélène - just wondering if you ever got any resolution to this? I am having
a similar problem. When I email my word doc to anyone and they try to open
it, they get the message that it uses frames and my browser does not support
them. Hmmmm..... tough to figure what to do! THANKS, BH
