Frames in Frontpage-PC vs. Mac

I built a website in Microsoft Frontpage 2000 using a PC. When I tried to
view the website on a Mac, the frames did not work correctly. For example,
when I clicked a link in the table of contents that I made, another table of
contents and the home page would appear. This is the website:
http://breakawayhockeycamps.com/

If anybody knows how I can prevent this from happening, please let me know!
 
One problem may be you're using Java Hover Buttons which will not work unless the user has JVM (Java Virtual Machine) installed on their computer..Macs may have a problem with them too.
