frame to slide error

i.am new create web site forntpage 2003.

step 1 . new web page
step 2 . to exist template
three frame top, left, main.
create succesfull.

open explorer 7 top frame to slide.


this error to do necessary.

sorry i.am engilish bad

1st to create website!... File | New Web SITE
Then create your pages within the Web SITE

Sorry but you lost me after that.

Don't use Frames unless there is a compelling reason to do so.
