fragments of dialog boxes remain on screen

Hello --

Using an IBM T20 and 384 MB RAM;

fragments of dialog boxes remain after they are closed, until I start
another program which displays a screen and covers them up.

Is this a RAM problem or something else?

Thanks for the suggestion. I downloaded from IBM's driver matrix site, and
installed them.

We'll see how it works.
