Fpage 98 Collapsible Outlines

Can anyone help please?

I know that from version 2000 onwards you could have a
list "Initially collapsed", but I am having to use 98 at
work and there doesn't appear to be an option to do this.
Is it possible?

Also, can anyone recommend any web sites to get
backgrounds and bullets I can use on our intranet please?

Any help would be really appreciated.
