FP2003 question and problem

While viewing webpages with IE I have an icon which lets me grab that
webpage and use FrontPage to view the HTML. However, it seems as though it
no longer grabs the CSS file that the page uses. Is there any fix for this
or is that how FrontPage always was? I thought it grabbed the CSS page
automatically.

Open the web the regular way... Open FP, Open Web/Site.

I don't understand what you mean.

The normal way to open a Web is
Open FP
File | Open Web / Site

This way opens the entire web.

But when I go to file, open web, do I have to have saved the website or can
I type in a URL?

Let's backup a second...if www.supz.net is the web we're talking about...you can't open it for editing (either the long way or with the Edit Icon) since it doesn't have FP extensions.

All the browsers automatically grab and apply linked style sheets.
However, if the link to the stylesheet is broken, the stylesheet is ignored.

For your case, I would guess that the CSS link is broken or the
connection to the link is disconected. Are you viewing the page off line
or through the web? Is the stylesheet on a local folder on the Internet
site?

View the page in HTML view and look in the head tags for this line

[link href="somelocation/stylesheet.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"]

where [/]means </>

Make sure that "somelocation/" and styleshet.css (or whatever filename
it is) are correct for the way you are browsing the page. And that your
browser can connect to the location where the css file is located.

If the above is tnot the problem, try emptying the IE cache and relad
the page.
