Is it possible to use background images in FP2003 Layout Tables and Cells?

Yes,

Insert your table > right click the table > select Table Properties
Check the "Use Background Image" and then browse to your file > click O
Save the File to your web > and go to File Preview in Browser to test the page

For Cells follow the above procedures, but select "Cell Properties" if you want individual cells to have background images

Due to an error in the schemas w/ respect to cell background images,
make sure you have selected IE5+ as your browser schema in
Tools Page Options Authoring

An be aware that table background images are not supported in NN4 browsers

Thanks for the replies. I was unable to do that yesterday but now it seems to be working ok.
