FP2003 - Initial review - detailed questions

I've been looking over FP2003 in the eval version. It looks like they
fixed a few non-features and may have added some things I can use.
I have a few questions based on an initial look:

- Is there any way to zoom the window... particularly in "table
layout" view ? The 10 pixels/unit ruler is way too rough for design...
but it would be very useful if I could zoom to one pixel granularity.
The 10 pixel units are "interesting" but not useful for design.

- Is there anyplace to see a cell border location displayed ? That is,
when I am looking at a table in "regular" or Table layout" view, can
I see an absolute location from the left, or perhaps x,y coordinates
for the pointer and/or table cell border position ?

- When using the "layout" tools, It seems to put cell heights on all
the tables and cells if you even change the width with the mouse -
Can this highly annoying and totally unnecessary behavior be shut off
?
I don't want heights on my tables and cells except in rare cases.
They should most always just auto size to the content. (FWIW, this is
one of my major gripes with FP2000 & XP too. )

- Where do I go to shut off the table "guidelines" (not borders but
the FP supplied guidelines in tables.) ?

Thanks,

- the ruler grid size is customizable to whatever
- the table layout tool shows you the table size in PX (and based on your border size you can guess the rest) - you will only see
the position if you use layers for absolute positioning
- the table layout tool only works in PX, and you can't select % or none
- what guidelines?
