FP2003 - I get two frames when I publish?

I get a double header and entire frame when I make a change to the page, and
then try to publish to my site? This error DOES NOT show in the work area or
in the preview? How can I delete the overlapped frame? Thank You .....
 
I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to FrontPage.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
