I dunno why they hide the FP templates so well...but if you snoop around you will find some really cool free ones...even links to sites that normally sell templates but if you enter through MS's hyperlinks they give some away for free.
Regardless of what some may say about templates...they are a great way of learning - by disection
There's a couple of MS ones I think a Real Estate one and a Doctor one that are quite extensive.
