FP seems to add unnecessary padding to either side of my photos

I have inserted some pictures into table

For some reason FP seems to add unnecessary blank padding to either side of
my photos making my page 3" wider than i want it (and wider than the
pictures)

I cant find any padding/margins/spacing properties reflecting this - but i
dont know much about FP

Any clues?

I've tried adjusting overall table width both by dragging and typing in
values but it wont budge (even thought the values are retained?)

Try double clicking on the image and check whether horizontal and vertical
spacing is 0 secondly check table properties "cell padding is also 0, third
check your CSS for padding entries
