FP search component

Hugh Welford

Hi Using FP2000 with XP and have added search component to a page. It always
returns a "no documents found" message even though documents containing the
search criteria exist.

Is there something server side that needs to be done to get this to work? FP
extensions? Indexing?

Thanks in advance Hugh

What type of server is your site hosted on?

1) have your host set up a catalog for your site in index services.
2) Any time you make a change to your site and publish it, open your "live"
site via FP and recalculate the hyperlinks.
