OK, glad you got it, there are some jpeg format created by PhotoShop, that
MS apps can't open with the exception of IE.
This may also happen with other graphics application, but I have always had
it happen with jpeg images that were created by PhotoShop, but not all.
Even with FP2003 being better at handling graphic/images it is still not a
replacement for using a application that was designed specifically to
working them, which is why I suggested pasting into a graphic/image
application first, plus that way you would then have accessible original for
future use.
