FP 2003 Form Confirmation-No data displayed

I was recently working on adding some features to my confirmation page at
www.enctrader.com/confirmation.asp and when I added a form to the bottom of
the confirmation page, my confirmation field would not display the data...
although it still writes the data to the database. I searched the Knowledge
base and found
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;197402 dealing with
FP2000. Is this the correct solution for my problem?

Yes, the correct solution is to not have a feedback form on your
confirmation page.
