FP 2002 w/XP Pro O/S shared border not displaying correctly

I recently upgraded to XP Pro O/S & Office. I have set up my pc as a server with IIS 5.1 being installed, and upon publishing a FP 2002 web with a theme and shared borders, the borders display incorrectly, displaying the main body as content, while the main body displays itself multiple times within the page. I have uninstalled/installed FP 2002 extensions, with no success

Any advice/suggestions are greatly appreciated

I have applied Office updates, however, I was not aware of FP extension updates. I did download the latest FP 2002 extension file (10.0.2701.0).

10.0.2701.0 is the version of your client software (FP2002)
The FP 2002 SE would be 5.x
