FP 2002 Publishing error

Can't publish. Tells me it can't find author.exe but this
file is on the server. My FP extentions are OK. Any ideas?

Have the FP extensions been installed and configured for the specific web on the remote server by
the Admin of the server?

Yes as for as I know (and they tell me). The site is
hoted with Yahoo Small Business Hosting Service and I
spent 1 hour on the phone with them about the issue.
