Four error messages when Excel starts

This is the situation: I just got a new laptop, and used the User State
Migration Tool to transfer my profile to the new laptop. Now when I start
Excel (not opening anything) I get the following 4 messages:

'C:\Documents.xls' could not be found. Check the spelling of the files name,
and verify that the file location is correct.

'C:\Documents and Settings\svreeland\Application
Data\Microsoft\AddIns\and.xls' could not be found. Check the spelling of the
files name, and verify that the file location is correct.

'Settings\svreeland\My.xls' could not be found. Check the spelling of the
files name, and verify that the file location is correct.

'Documents\Microsoft.xls' could not be found. Check the spelling of the
files name, and verify that the file location is correct.

After I click through the error messages everything works fine. But it just
gets very annoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

This came from Dave Peterson originally I think:
(I'd guess the second one is probably what you need)

Sometimes one of these works:

Tools|Options|General|Ignore other applications (uncheck it)

--- or ---

Close Excel and
Windows Start Button|Run
excel /unregserver
then
Windows Start Button|Run
excel /regserver

The /unregserver & /regserver stuff resets the windows registry to excel's
factory defaults.
