Found 000 & 001

Hi

I have noticed there are 2 files named Found 000 & Found 001. These contain file fragments. Can these be safely deleted or are the used by Win 2000 in some way?
 
What you found are folders, not files. They contain so-called "lost
clusters" - they can be safely deleted.
