forwarding/updating contacts

As I update contact info, I would like to send the update
to my boss so that we can have the exact information in
our contacts lists. This includes category and journal
entries. However, when I forward this info to him, it
doesn't send all of the info. It just sends the basic
info from the top of the general tab.
