I often get emails that have pictures in the text area. when I forward those
emails they arrive with the pictures as attachments.

What do i need to chance I the outlook setup to allow these pictures to be

I don't know offhand; however, I'm a lot more knowledgable about the
database program Microsoft Access, which is the subject of this
newsgroup, than I am about Outlook.

I'd suggest you scroll down the list of newsgroups to a suitable
Outlook newsgroup and ask there; you should get a more expert opinion
than I can offer!
