Forwarding Contacts

C

Carla Bradley

I have a sectary that needed to forward a distribution
list to her boss. I had her do a new email and then insert
item and select the dist list from her contacts and send.
Then she went to her boss's computer and opened the email
attachment and clicked save and close. However we've
searched all over the contacts folder and cannot find it.
Did I do that right? Where could it be? HELP!! They both
have Win 2000 and Outlook XP.

Thanks,
Carla

It would be saved to the default Contacts Folder. Try Advanced Find.

Actually, if it was forwarded as an embedded contact, I bet it was saved
back into the parent message. To add it to contacts, drag it there.
