Forward parts of message from Outlook

Using Outlook 2007 I want to forward only specific words or parts of the
received message. How can this be completed without buying software.
 
I'm sorry all I missed adding that I want this to happen automatically.

When a support message arrives afterhours I want the contact information to
be forward as text to my cell phone. It works fine to send the entire
message as a text but I want to decrease the volume sent to only what is
needed.
 
You can do this by using VBA or other methods to develop your own solution
if you don't want to buy any software.
Another free approach would be to configure your mobile device to directly
collect the messages itself and configure it to download headers only.
