Fornatting a Contact's address in RTF

Where do I format a particular contact to sent messages only in one format
or another?

There is a listserv I want to sent only rtf formatted messages to. I ran
across this a year or two ago, but can't find it again.

Open the contact record and double-click the "E-mail" field. Set the format
in the "Internet format" drop-down. Click OK. Save and close the Contact.
