formulieren in outlook

hallo allemaal,
ik ben een formulier aan het maken waarbij ik 2 selectievakjes heb,
wanneer je het eerste selectie vakje aanduid zou er in een tekstvak de
waarde van naast het tekstvakje moeten komen, ik heb de volgende code
al gegenereerd, maar deze werkt niet, kan iemand me helpen?

dan heb ik bij mijn tweede optionbutton ook nog een probleempje,
wanneer het selectievakje aangeduid wordt zou er een tekstvak
tevoorschijn moeten komen dat voordien niet zichtbaar was

No she won't; this is Dutch not German ;-)

The Dutch Outlook group kinda turned into an Outlook/Outlook Express group
with little advanced Q and A. The people there won't be able to help here
with forms and vba programming. She is better of in the newsgroups I
suggested.

No she won't; this is Dutch not German ;-)

Sorry. It looked like German to my untrained eye.

German would have started with "Ich bin ein..." rather than "Ik ben een...".
They're similar enough that if you know German you can often figure out some
Dutch (sort of like Spanish and Portuguese).
