I need a formula to change dates less than 01/11/2007 into R with red
background and dates more than 01/11/2007 to X with green background.
Blank cells need to remain blank. I need to easily change the date
every month. I can sort of get Excell 2007 to do it but at work have
2003 excel and the blank cells keep picking up a background colour.
Can it be done Shaza
