Formulas aren't updating

Hi have been working in a spreadsheet for a couple months now and today I
went in and updated some values but the sum totals aren't reflecting my
changes nor does the =C20 capture what I have updated in that cell. Any tips?
 
Perhaps calc mode is at Manual ?

To check/change:
Click Tools > Options > Calculation tab
Ensure "Automatic" is checked > OK

Tools | Options | Calculation | Automatic
