I have a spread sheet that calculates my software
expenses over the next 5 years. I am using the number of
employees times the licensing cost per employee in my
formula. I have pre-paid for some of the licenses.

I have a row that shows the number of licenses I will
need each year. The first two years are negative numbers
since I purchased more than I currently need.

I need a formula that will not show a credit on the
dollars allocated each year since I have more than I need.

Thanks,

Donne
