formula units =60/60 instead of 100/100

the calculation that i require is for eg. 9am -7am = 2hours or 120minutes,
expressed in the hh:mm format, but if the answer is a negative i get ####,
thus i have tried the calculation with numbers, but when you have 7:30am
subtracted from 9am you get the result 1.70 which should have been 1hour
30min if the units could be expressed in terms of 60/60 and not 100/100, that
is why the answer is 1.70 and not 1.30. is there any way i can change the 100
units to 60 instead
