Formula to show "Yes" if paid, "No" if not

Please does anybody know a formula that will show me "Yes" or "No" whether
an invoice has been paid with 21 days or not.

Based on invoice date in B7 and invoice paid date in J7, can this also show
a "No" if there is nothing in invoice paid date in J7.

Any help apprecieated
