what is the formula to run report with the following requirements:

job code #, and effective date in 10, 12, 16 and 20 weeks increments?
 
pls provide an example of your data
and expand on what you are trying to achieve

individuals in job code # OP001 is given an increase in increments. Need to
run automatice report every 10, 12, 16, 20 weeks by "jobe code # (OP001).
Example: 2/2/09 through 04/27/09 through 07/26/09. What is the formula?
