formula to lookup table in another Worksheet please

=(D1-C1)*E1/4000

Ok I have A Table in a file named rulkilometre.xls
It Has 2 columns Col A has B0101 Column B has 4000

The above formula also has a column with B0101.

Ok the 4000 off the above formula may change from time to time,
so I am asking what formula could I use please getting the 4000 from
rulkilometre.xls worksheet.
