Formula to get the Ans

Could anyone help to advice on the formula to get the ans on the "Column for
Ans"

Assuming that column E has the minimum, then in F1 enterr:

="Supplier " & CHOOSE(MATCH(E1,A11),"A","B","C","D")
and copy down
