Formula to find diff in columns

I have spreadsheets with cost centers where the information feeds to a
summary sheet. When it does not balance how is the easiest way to find a new
cost center? I would like a formula to compare the detail wksht to the
summary and tell me which cost center on the detail is not on the summary so
that I can add it.
