formula to filter out blanks

Hi,
I'm looking for a formula that will filter out blank cells in a list
of text data. I would like to list the new data on a separate tab and
also include duplicates if possible. thanks in advance.

Just use
data>filter>autofilter>filter for blanks>copy/paste. Record a macro
while doing.
