WHAT FORMULA DO I USE TO CALCULATE BONUSES IF SOME OF MY
EMPLOYEES ARE TO RECIEVE A 10% BONUS, SOME A 5% BONUS, AND
SOME A 2% BONUS? I ONLY WANT TO USE ONE FORMULA TO GET
THE CALCULATIONS.

Presuming these are based on some kind of performance, the formula below
will give 2% of a figure in B13 if the performance is over 1000 in A13, 5%
if it is over 2500 and 10% else. You can nest up to seven IF formulas but
this may give you a start

=IF(A13>1000,B13*2%%,IF(A13>2500,B13*5%,B13*10%))

(PS no need to type in all caps, it is difficult to read and considered
shouting in newsgroups)
