formula to apply concatenation to successive rows of data

How do I apply concatenation to successive rows of data, using a formula?
 
=CONCATENATE(A1,B1)

Then just copy the formula down.

(Tough to know exactly what youa re after without more info, where does your
data start, what kind of sample data are we looking at?)
